Whereas, the Employer operates a law firm in Charlotte, NC and the Employee is seeking employment as a lawyer within the firm; and

Whereas, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Employment
